Great Job!  Found Exotic Car Audio on yelp and went to the shop to see if they could do the upgrade I needed on my Lexus.  Alex is a straight shooter and total pro.  New system ROCKS!  Highly recommend Alex and Exotic Car Audio.

I have an older car that doesn't have the capacity to use an i phone.  I was not really sure how to get it done.  Alex listened to what I wanted and then presented me with different options..  He took time to explain them all to me and the cost.  Once I made my choice, he installed it the very next day.  I was really happy with the install process and the product. He is so patient having to re-explain a few things to me (I am not the most savvy stereo/phone app person!). Thanks so much! I love my new stereo!

Amazing service!!! I recently purchased an older car and wanted to update the stereo system. After checking several other places in Chico and Paradise, no one could do the job with out waiting days for parts. I called on a Saturday afternoon and boom got it installed the same day. Owner Alex knows his stuff. Drop your car, truck, boat, police vehicle, atv, golf cart, rv or anything off and tell Alex to wire it up.  There is no price that can be put on doing it right the first time by a pro.

I recently purchased a pristine 2007 Mercedes-Benz with 40K miles.  The car is absolutely beautiful.  It came advertised with XM radio.  I found out after I bought the car that it did not include XM.  That is where Alex came in.  NOBODY in town__The dealer or any other car audio companies knew how to install XM in an older Mercedes.  Alex was able to figure it out.  He was extremely professional, kind, and he ended up moving the antenna three times to get the best reception.  He emailed me once at 3:14AM to ask me about the reception.  I cannot imagine working with a nicer, more professional person.  Alex is the BEST!!!!! I will absolutely return to him for all of my car audio needs and I have already told several of my friends about him.  Thank you Alex!!

I needed an iPod connector installed in my car. I didn't want to get rid of the factory stereo and wasn't sure what options I had. I went to 2 places in town, the second one being Exotic. I was impressed with Alex's willingness to walk me through my options and give me the price for both. He is a genuine, nice guy that didn't pressure me into a decision one way or the other. Once I settled on the way I wanted the install done, he ordered the parts, which got to the shop a day and a half later. The install took 45 minutes, as promised and the stereo/ipod input functions exactly like I hoped it would. Alex was able to put the connector exactly where I had hoped it would go (out of sight in the center console). The price was great, the customer service was great and the work was done quickly and neatly.

Alex saved my life by suggesting I replace my pitted windshield.  He knew we were going on a long trip.   We ran into really bad weather and the old windshield would have cracked and visibility of oncoming traffic would have been hazardous due to the pits.  Alex was respectful, delivered the car on time and was caring about my safety.   He also replaced the antenna which had been broken off in a car wash.  If you need any repair Alex is your man.  He will do the best job and  try to find the most cost effective way to give you the best product.  I am very satisfied with his service.  Becky Key, Chico, CA
